Rehearsal Dinner Coordination

Service Description

This package couples planning and coordination for the rehearsal dinner and includes a consultation, details/planning meeting, vendor coordination and logistics, an event timeline, a 2D/3D layout, a 2-week out final meeting, decor setup, and assistance with breakdown, for up to 6 hours on the day of the event. The starting cost is $1500 for rehearsal dinners with a maximum of 40 guests. (That's less than $38 per person to guarantee a spectacular event!) Rehearsal dinners exceeding 40 guests and/or with special needs will be custom priced. Wedding coordination and/or planning clients receive a $250 discount on rehearsal dinner service.
